I am very excited that a new book that I ordered came today. Cousins

Tonight we went over to my in-laws house to celebrate three family birthdays. I was touched to see my girls and my nephew enjoying each other's company so much. They are truly like a brother and two sisters. They understand and accept each other completely. And they always have a great time together.  

Angels

Ever since the conference I went to in October, I have been thinking alot about angels. I have been using angel oracle cards for many years now and more recently I have bought oracle cards as apps on my iPhone. I have been receiving alot of signs from the angels lately including lots of repeated numbers, coins, inner voices pointing me in certain directions.

One message that I have been seeing lately is 1:11 on a clock or even 1:11 left on the scoreboard while watching the Ravens game this past Sunday. It wasn't like I was waiting for that moment in time to happen. I just looked at the clock at that moment and there it was. (As an aside, when I was recently in the airport, my lunch rang up to $11.11!). Doreen Virtue, who is an expert on working with angels, wrote a book about how angels use numbers to communicate with the human world. When I was in Barnes and Noble tonight, I saw her book about this (which was on display) and took a picture of a chart of number messages.

Also, on the shelf was the book "Assertiveness for Earth Angels" which I have been keeping my eye on and plan on buying with money that I receive as a gift this Christmas. It is all so fascinating to me and I am claiming it as a future passion of mine!

Snow Day and Backsplash

Today I am so very grateful to have had an unexpected snow day off. I spent the day painting, cleaning, organizing, and getting a few errands done. I got into some projects that have on my mind for months and I even had the chance to get started on putting out our Christmas decorations.

Our friend, Paul, came over and started on the backsplash in our kitchen. It is the last piece of the puzzle for him to complete. It is looking beautiful!!

Celebrating Friends and Speaking Your Truth

Last night, we had over the people who helped us with the kitchen remodel. We had a tapas dinner complete with Manchego cheese, red wine, and iberico ham from Spain. We also had shrimp and steak and some delicious brownie desserts. We are so grateful to have friends who are willing to help us along in our journey. 

Today, I am again realizing how important it is to speak your truth. I have been more able to do this over this past week and it has truly made an impact on my body and mind. I have been able to speak my truth with a loving attitude and a true kindness towards the person I am speaking with. I am so grateful for this new way of being and look forward to continuing to grow in this area.
